Membership Into Divine Word Ministries consists of two parts.
Yahweh's part and man's part. Yahweh's part is the big part, Ephesians 2:8-9 "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast."
The love Yahweh felt for man led him to send His son Yeshua The Messiah into the world to redeem man. The life and teaching of Yeshua, the sacrifice on the cross, and the proclaiming of the gospel to men constitute Yahweh's part in salvation.
Though Yahweh's part is the big part, man's part is also necessary if man is to reach heaven. Man must comply with the conditions of pardon, which the Lord has announced. Man's part can clearly be set forth in the following steps:
A. Hear the Word of the Gospel. Act 15:7 “And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men [and] brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe.”
B. Believe. Mark 1:15 " And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.”
C. Repent. Act 3:19 “Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;”
D. Confess with your mouth Yeshua The Messiah is Lord. Roman 10:9 &10 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
E. Be baptized for the remission of sins. Act 2:28 “Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.”
Now that you are aware of a church that is built according to the blue prints of The Messiah’s original church why not become a member of it? In becoming a member of it, you will be called upon to do nothing, more then Yeshua asks in the New Testament. You will then live and worship just as the apostle-guided people of the first century.
Not only is this return to New Testament Believing a wonderful basis upon which all believers in The Messiah can unite, it is absolutely solid ground. If we do just what our Lord commanded we know that our salvation is certain. Welcome as we go back to scripture, back to The Messiah.
